Jason Lee, HYV CEO

Jason Lee is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of leadership in cybersecurity and operating large-scale, mission-critical platforms. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Security Officer at Splunk, following his role as CISO at Zoom during the height of the global pandemic. Prior to that, he was SVP of Security Operations at Salesforce, where he led end-to-end security programs including threat intelligence, data protection, incident response, identity and access management, and offensive security.

Jason began his career at Microsoft, where he spent 15 years in senior leadership roles — including Principal Director of Security Engineering for the Windows and Devices division and Senior Director of Developer Services, overseeing public key infrastructure across the company’s global product suite.

Jason brings deep expertise in enterprise security, operational resilience, and strategic risk leadership to HYVForge. He holds a B.A. from Washington State University.

A former Marine Scout Sniper and Season 7 contestant on The Ultimate Fighter, Brandon spent over five years in Iraq as a DOD security contractor, honing his skills in some of the most high-risk environments in the world.

After returning stateside, he served as an executive protection agent for Microsoft, eventually transitioning into cybersecurity. Over the past eight years, Brandon has worked as a Cybersecurity Engineer at Microsoft, specializing in threat mitigation, security operations, and risk management.

A passionate outdoorsman and adventurer, Brandon is never far from the mountains, trails, or the next adrenaline-fueled challenge. He co-founded HYVForge LLC alongside his long-time friend and mentor Jason Lee, with the vision of building a platform that brings people together in real-world, meaningful ways.

Cody is a proud veteran of the 2nd Ranger Battalion in the U.S. Army with combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. A graduate of the American Military University, Cody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. His civilian roles include security specialist, program manager and software development engineer. Prior to creating HYV Social, Cody spent over 4 years at Amazon's corporate HQ.
