Jason brings more than two decades of cybersecurity, technology, and executive leadership experience to HYV Forge. His career spans some of the world’s most influential technology companies, including serving as Chief Security Officer at Zoom, Chief Information Security Officer at Splunk, and Virtual CISO at F5, along with executive leadership roles at Microsoft and Salesforce.

His experience spans enterprise security, cybersecurity strategy, risk, organizational leadership, and the protection of technology and infrastructure operating at global scale.

At HYV Forge, Jason brings that executive security and operational perspective to company strategy, security architecture, risk, finance, and operations—helping ensure the systems we build are secure and resilient by design.

Brandon brings a career spanning military operations, cybersecurity, product strategy, and entrepreneurship to HYV Forge. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served as a Scout Sniper, his perspective on technology was shaped by operating in environments where awareness, trust, usability, and execution have real consequences.

Following his military service, Brandon competed professionally in mixed martial arts before building a career in technology and cybersecurity. He spent approximately ten years at Microsoft in cybersecurity roles spanning security operations, engineering, investigation, security research, and program leadership.

At HYV Forge, Brandon focuses on business development, product strategy, marketing, partnerships, and translating real-world problems into technology opportunities across commercial and government markets.

Cody brings an uncommon combination of military operational experience and large-scale software engineering to HYV Forge. A U.S. Army veteran who served as an Army Ranger, he transitioned from military operations into a technology career that includes more than eight years of software engineering experience at Amazon.

As CTO, Cody leads the technical architecture, engineering, and product development behind HYV Forge technology. His work includes leading the development of HYV Social from concept into a functioning consumer platform available on iOS and Android.

Cody's experience on both sides of the problem—operating in demanding real-world environments and engineering software at scale—helps HYV Forge bridge the gap between what technology can theoretically do and what users actually need it to do.
